Poppy Cufflinks

These stunning 925 sterling silver cufflinks are designed and hand made in Northern Ireland in a small jeweller's studio on the shores of Strangford Lough.

The collection is inspired by Jan's grandfathers love of what can only be described as "guerrilla gardening". Her grandfather, a second world war veteran, would randomly sew poppy seeds on waste ground, vacant plots of land and the verges of roads as the mood took him. Poppy seed can survive for decades, but when the ground is disturbed, the seed germinates and the vibrant flowers spring up. His legacy lives on.

Each tie pin has a textured finish with a choice of clear CZ or real Garnet gemstones encircled by silver granules.

Measuring 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm approx, the cufflinks have a "T" shaped hinged fastening.
